3. Ordering and Payment

When placing an order on Eden Buys, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call only (not by email).

  • To confirm an order, a minimum advance payment of Rs.300 is required.

  • The remaining balance will be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of receiving your parcel.

  • Payment methods include Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or COD (as applicable).

  • If an order is dispatched and later canceled, the Rs.300 advance payment becomes non-refundable to cover shipping and packaging costs.

4. Shipping and Delivery

In summary:

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day after advance payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time is typically 2–3 working days nationwide.

  • Shipping charges are Rs.150 for orders under Rs.2,000, and Free Shipping for orders Rs.2,000 or above.

  • We ship through M&P, TCS, Leopards Courier, and PostEx.

Eden Buys only accepts returns for eligible products within the stated time frame and condition requirements.
