🕒 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 working day after advance payment confirmation (Rs.300).
Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect processing times. Our team always strives to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
🚛 Shipping Methods
We offer standard nationwide delivery across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners:
M&P, TCS, Leopards Courier, and PostEx.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message or phone call with your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.
📦 Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your city, courier workload, weather conditions, or public holidays.
🌍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Pakistan only.
If you are outside of Pakistan and would like to place an order, please contact our support team to discuss possible shipping options.
💰 Shipping Charges
Our delivery rates are simple and transparent:

Orders below Rs.2,000 → Rs.150 delivery charges apply.

Orders Rs.2,000 or above → Free Shipping nationwide.
📲 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only through WhatsApp or a phone call — not by email.
To confirm your order, a minimum advance payment of Rs.300 is required.
The remaining amount can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) once your package arrives.

🔁 Order Cancellation After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched and you choose to cancel it afterward, the Rs.300 advance payment will be non-refundable.
This amount covers delivery charges, packaging, and processing costs incurred by Eden Buys.
🔍 Order Tracking
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp to track your order’s delivery status in real time.
🏠 Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before confirming your order.
Eden Buys is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
